Cairo, Egypt – October 2026
Life Sports Club has announced the signing of an agreement with Genedy Construction to execute the construction works for the second and third phases of its development in New Cairo. The agreement marks a significant milestone in the club’s growth and its vision of becoming an integrated sports and social destination for the next generation.
The agreement forms part of Life Sports Club’s expansion plans following the launch of its first phase. It reflects the club’s commitment to turning its vision into a comprehensive experience that brings together sport, community, personal development and recreation.
More Than a Sports Club… Building Champions for Life
Mr. Maged Fawzy, Chairman of Life Sports Club, said: “Signing the agreement for Phases Two and Three marks an important milestone in Life Sports Club’s journey. From the very beginning, our vision has been to build more than just a sports club. We aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of every family, athlete and coach who joins the Life Sports Club community, helping to build champions for life.”
He added: “Facilities are an important part of the experience, but they are not the ultimate goal. People are. We want Life Sports Club to be a place where children grow both athletically and personally, coaches continue to develop, and families find a positive community where they feel a genuine sense of belonging.”
Mr. Fawzy further emphasized: “That is why our values—Integrity, Unity, Passion, Joy and Excellence—are more than just words on a wall. They are principles we want our community to live by every day. With Phases Two and Three, we are taking another step towards bringing this vision to life on a broader scale.”
A Partnership Driven by Ambition
Dr. Mohamed Genedy, Chairman of Genedy Construction, said: “We are pleased to sign this agreement for the execution of Phases Two and Three of Life Sports Club. We are proud to contribute to a project with a clear vision and a strong ambition to offer a distinctive sports club concept.”
He added: “Life Sports Club brings together sport, community and personal development, making it a distinctive project that goes beyond the traditional concept of sports facilities. In collaboration with Life Sports Club’s management and the project’s partners, we are committed to carrying out the works to high standards of quality, safety and efficiency, translating the project’s vision into reality.”

Life Sports Club was established through a partnership between WellSpring and Mountain View, with a vision to empower the next generation and create a distinctive sports and social experience for members and their families.
Located directly on Mohamed Naguib Axis in the Fifth Settlement of New Cairo, the club spans approximately 25 feddans. Dar Al-Handasah, one of the region’s leading engineering and design consultancies, designed the club’s facilities, sports courts and amenities.
Life Sports Club believes that sport plays a vital role in building character and strengthening social relationships. True success is measured not only by competitive achievements, but also by the person an individual becomes through the journey.
The club aspires to be more than a place to play sports. It aims to build a community where children, young people, families, athletes and coaches can grow, discover their abilities, develop their character and fulfil their potential both on and off the field.
The Life Sports Club experience is built around five core values that shape its culture and approach:
Integrity | Unity | Passion | Joy | Excellence
These values are reflected across the club’s activities, from sport and coaching to community programmes and the overall member experience, with the aim of building champions not only in sport, but also in life.
